Booking A Party

To reserve a date with Party Pants, please call or email with your desired date and someone will be in touch ASAP to confirm availability. If your date is available, your party planner will schedule a face to face consultation. From there, you will be emailed a price quote and a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

Due to the nature of our business, we strongly urge you to book your date as early as possible.

Deposit & Payment

As mentioned above, a 50% deposit is due upon price agreement and event planning does not begin until payment is received. This is to ensure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

Events booked less than 2 weeks in advance may require rush shipping fees on particular items. Fees will be added to your final invoice.

Your balance is due on the day of your event. Any fees or expenses added to your balance after invoice is sent will be due on the day of your event.

PayPal is our preferred method of payment, but credit card, debit card, check and cash are also acceptable. Party planning does not begin until deposit is received.

$30 fee for all returned checks

Event Location & Venue

Every package includes a complimentary on-site consultation. This consultation is necessary to begin party planning. Some venues may require multiple on-site visits. If you are planning to host the event in your home, your event coordinator will need to see the space to determine whether or not the space can accommodate your event.

Client is responsible to provide a clear working space for event setup. Your event coordinator will advise you of which spaces will be used for event.

Party Pants provides up to 4 6-foot tables for your event. Please be advised that rentals may be required to accommodate larger events.

Travel Fees

Party Pants provides services to the entire State of Rhode Island, however, a $25 fee will be added to event locations outside of a 20 mile radius.
