Every event that Party Pants styles is unique and special to the client, which is why no two parties are the same. We understand that your needs are different from the client before you, so it is very important for us to meet those specific needs. Please let your party planner know if there is something special you would like to add to your party package and we will be happy to make that happen for you.

Below, you will find our starter packages as well as an A La Carte menu. You can stick to what your package offers or you can add on as you go- it’s up to you!

This package allows you to be hands on without the stress of planning. Your party coordinator will work with you via email to create a theme idea, color scheme, decoration ideas and resources for your party. We will send your final party plan and inspiration board to help you visualize your party. *Note* this package does not require consultations or any on site set up, as all planning and suggestions are implemented through email only.


DESIGNER PACKAGE: $375 up to 15 people. Additional guests $5 each
This package is for the design of 1 themed dessert/candy buffet. This includes on-site consultations, personalized table decor and signs, handmade themed details, basic coordinating backdrop, basic coordinating candy (up to 3 varieties), party favor packaging, photobooth stand with props, all necessary linens and display pieces, setup and breakdown. All other display edibles and refreshments are at an additional cost.


A La Carte Menu

*Party Host: $25/hour
In addition to setup and breakdown, your personal host will be there to greet your guests, direct the children to their designated party & activity stations and replenish & refresh all stations & displays. Sit back and enjoy yourself while we keep the party going!


*Customized Drink Station: $75 up to 20 people
Whether its a Make Your Own Root Beer Float Station, a DIY Snow Cone Bar, or an elegant Sangria Station for the adults, a customized drink station will keep your guests refreshed and having fun throughout the party! Your party coordinator will work with you to come up with a signature drink that best fits your crowd. Beverages are an additional cost.

*Coordinated and mailed invitations/thank you cards: Price dependent upon theme & party size.                                                                                                                     
We can create and design a set of personalized invitations and thank you cards to match your theme. Your event coordinator will take care of every detail, including addressing, stamping and mailing each card in a timely fashion. Parties must be booked 1 month in advance for this service. *Craft & Activity Table: $10/child
Keep the kids occupied by letting them express their creativity! Your host will provide a separate table using basic themed decor and age appropriate activity or craft. Each additional activity/craft can be added for $5/child.


*Basic Tablescape: $60 per table (seats up to 8 people)
Give each little guest a personalized spot of their own to sit and enjoy their goodies! This is a table with a designated seat for each guest to utilize for the duration of the party. The table is decorated and designed to match the color scheme and theme, with centerpieces, basic linens, plates and utensils included.


*Designer Tablescape: Price dependent upon theme & party size.                    
This is an upgraded version of the Basic Tablescape, designed for Communions and other formal celebrations. Linen, plate and utensil rentals required. Please call for a consultation.
